Miso date caramel cookie  

  • 2 medjool dates soaked in hot water 

  • 1 tbs nut butter (cashew or tahini work best)

  • 1/2 tbs miso paste

  • 1 tbs almond meal

  • 1 tbs vanilla collagen or protein powder

  • choc of choice ( I used @pana_organic macadamia)

Combine the dates, nut butter, miso paste and mix into a caramel. Then add the remaining ingredients and combine. 

Cook in oven for 9 -12 minutes. I love it slightly uncooked.
