Chocolate mouse…with a twist

DON’T knock it till you try it… then maybe just add more maple syrup.

  • 1 large avocado 

  • 3 tablespoons cocao powder (@pana_organic is the goat)

  • 1 tsp collagen or vanilla essence 

  • 2-3 tbs maple syrup 

  • 2 tbs yoghurt 

  • Option to add a scoop of protein powder 

Blitz it all up and serve with berries or alone ❤️
