Chocolate mouse…with a twist
DON’T knock it till you try it… then maybe just add more maple syrup.
1 large avocado
3 tablespoons cocao powder (@pana_organic is the goat)
1 tsp collagen or vanilla essence
2-3 tbs maple syrup
2 tbs yoghurt
Option to add a scoop of protein powder
Blitz it all up and serve with berries or alone ❤️
