Welcome to the Somatic Sanctum. This is your sanctuary for healing. A place to come and shift your state, move your emotions and deepen your connection to self.

Your energy is your responsibility. I don’t mean just your battery, I mean the frequency at which you vibrate on. So sit the heck down, and get to work. Watch the magic unfold.

Here is how I recommend using the Somatic Sanctum:

Carve out a time of the day you will sit down and do a somatic sanctum:

For example: At 7am each morning after I brush my teeth and write in my journal, I will do 20 minutes of somatic work.
