Beef Chuck Stew

Ingredients:
Beef Chuck Steak chopped into cubes.
Tablespoon of beef bone broth (best of the bone) or 1/2 cup of beef broth
1/2 cup water (don’t need if you have liquid beef broth)
1 small zucchini chipped roughly into small bite-sized pieces
1 onion chopped into rings.
Salt & Pepper
Method:
Throw everything into a small baking dish, cover and cook at 110 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until the beef feels tender and soft.
