Beef Chuck Stew

This was an accidental masterpiece

So easy and nourishing. Great for winter and your inner winter 🩸

I just wing the measurements… You can too.

Ingredients:

  • Beef Chuck Steak chopped into cubes.

  • Tablespoon of beef bone broth (best of the bone) or 1/2 cup of beef broth

  • 1/2 cup water (don’t need if you have liquid beef broth)

  • 1 small zucchini chipped roughly into small bite-sized pieces

  • 1 onion chopped into rings.

  • Salt & Pepper

Method:

  • Throw everything into a small baking dish, cover and cook at 110 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until the beef feels tender and soft.
